Pembroke Docks - from afar

Ian, Julie and Jayne departed Cenarth on a sunny (for once) morning. They headed to Abercych and up the hill towards Boncath. Being a very chatty trio helped take minds off the steady climb and before they new it the 3 riders had taken the left turn just before Crymych and had ridden up to the lay by on the south side of the Frenni Fawr. Here you can take in spectacular views as far as Pembroke docks amongst other places. The rest of the route was mainly downhill through Bylch y Groes to Lancych in the Cych valley. After safely negotiating that descent they rode back to the Nags Head and finally Cenarth at Ty Te cafe, a place which never disappoints!
