Ian, Julie and Jayne set off from Cenarth climbing up to Capel Tygwydd and across the not so mucky lane to Beulah. They took a fast downhill to Brongest taking in a few ascents and passing fields of ewes and young lambs. From Brongest , everywhere is now up and then across the Ffostrassol road before taking in a leisurely descent to Henllan. The Celteg winery, nursery and coffee shop was new to the riders and family run. The elderly gentleman who owned it regaled us with stories of how he rode in a ride that was a precurser to the Milk race. Jayne and Julie enjoyed a few free liqueur samples before sobering up on strong coffee and returning to Emlyn.
