2024 post-event message from Velo Teifi:
Look, we're not saying our little event has gained recognition across Europe, or that the challenge it presents is deemed a worthy training ground for cycling's future mega-stars, but Remco Evenepoel's racing academy is now sending riders over to take part. That is all.
Our sincere thanks to all those lovely people that turned up to support our little event this year; once again we were humbled by your kind words of appreciation.
Buoyed by the feedback, we will stick with the keep-it-simple approach and stay focused on you lovely riders, rather than the bottom-line. A mission to maintain the traditional sportive (I'm having t-shirts designed as I type...).
We do welcome any and all feedback, especially on how we might improve the experience for you all. Please do get in touch, if only to stop me bringing back the Dairylea and Marmite sandwiches next year.
We hope to see you in 2025.

The doyenne of West Wales sportives, re-launched in 2023 to much acclaim (well, Clive, Nia & Steve liked it).

Retaining its established spot on the early spring Bank Holiday weekend, the Preseli Angel will, once again, set the standards for route planning, rider welfare and general good-eggness when it comes to putting on events for cyclists. Oh, and value for money - never forget VFM!
Set in beautiful North Pembrokeshire, the Preseli Angel offers varied terrain and spectacular coastal and mountain scenery. Three challenging routes deliver fantastic and eminently do-able courses that will suit early season fitness levels. And there will be cake.
